Subject:Your article on Islam, Dinner at Outback
 Greetings, I hope you remember me - we had dinner at the Outback last week with Matt and a couple of other guys from Picatinny, NJ, where I work. That's where you keyed me in to the article you had just written. I took the time to read all 26 pages (at least that's what it tallied when I transferred it over to Word to add my own comments). It was very comprehensive, and I can clearly see an analytical mind at work. My only recommendation would be to pare it down to key points that are put into a clear sequence that guide the reader - with a simple roadmap, it would undoubtedly be worthy of publishing (it has been my experience that publishers want less, not more). I'm looking forward to reading some of your other articles as well. I have a feeling that I may not agree with all of your idealogies, but your candid manner and analytical method are both refreshing. Few people can generate competent, coherent thought through the written word, but you have no problem whatsoever. My best wishes to you and Matt as you prepare for married life together. Again, beware the children, who will suck time and resources from you and relegate your written thoughts to ones that only bounce around in your head (my personal prison). Best Wishes, Marc Meeker PS. Don't hesitate to use my email above to keep in touch. PSS. THANKS for the LA Gym pass - I used it well, and fought through their attempt to sign me up for a one year contract ("No, you don't understand, I'm only here for 24 hours...")

 id like to note the absence of the statistics of the american 'christian' soldiers killing thousands of innocents in iraq, the use of dogs and other torture methods and that america, a 'christian based' country is the biggest terrorist of all.

 ...yet another self-delusional neo-mystic/neo-collectivist calling herself an "Objectivist." Keep up the good work, Amber. Indeed, all of us Americans must commit ourselves to the cause of invading Muslim countries, overthrowing their leaders and converting their people to "Objective Philosophy." That's exactly what we need. Instead of enslaving ourselves to a global imperialist crusade for social democracy, let's enslave ourselves to a global imperialist crusade for the neo-Objectivists' peculiarly reified concept of "Reason" with a capital "R." And by all means, let's "liberate" the Iranians from their government. After all, how much more "liberated" could one be than by the death wrought by U.S. bombs and missiles? Wow, you are completely and totally nuts. Please keep up the low-brow aping of Leonard Peikoff...It's always good for a hearty chuckle - provides a little levity to my day.

 Amber, you haven't changed a bit. One would think that a few years of growth and lifes experiences would have taught you a few things.

Subject:just a compliment, that's all
 hello amber, i've been reading your articles on masculinity and femininity, and i agree with almost everything you've said. i recently ended a relationship with a woman who is incredibly messed up--one that expects me to understand her (but could never open up to me). i feel as if a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. your articles put a lot in perspective for me! thank you! ... and, for what it's worth, you're the sexiest woman i've ever read (if it seems like i'm flirting with you, it's because i am!)! ;) sincerely, travis

Subject:Intresting views but;
 Why do you open yourself up to the obvious backlash that will surly come your way? Just writing of these things can possibly insite feelings of rage to our young brothers. They don't seem to have a problem with striking out at anyone that may disagree with the way they think, the way they believe. Do you feel safe sitting behind that wall supplied to you by the world wide web? I sometimes wonder are we as safe as one would lead us to believe sitting in our homes, stabbing at off white keys and transmitting these feelings all over the world and maybe more importantly, transmitting to someone just down the block? I must respect your courage and try to understand the logic you follow, for this is the way of the God that leads me through this life. This life, short though it may be, let us make the most of it and not rush to our 72 virgins. It has been my experience that it is truly difficult to gather 72 beautiful women in one place. Virgin or not.

 Amber, Thank you for maintaining this website. I often refer my socialistic, pseudo-Marxist friends here for a good dose of reality. I am pleased to say that several of them have even been converted from pansy moral relativists, to upstanding Objectivists. I just wanted you to know that your writings do not go unnoticed and are much appreciated. Your fan, Josh

Subject:RE: your case against islam
 In your criticism of Islam, you say "If we are going to fight terrorism, we need to fight the ideology that inspires terrorism." When Christian radicals bomb abortion clinics or murder homosexuals, is this not terrorism as well? Your logic would lead us to the conclusion that Christianity should be eradicated just as Islam should. Your argument is sloppy and the only explanation would be that you have hateful biases in the way of making a level-headed argument. I would not say that you are intellectually lazy, since you did take the time to write so much.

 Ms. Pawlik Thank you so much for the article. What a fine work of explaining the thinking, or lack, regarding Islam. I hope you have another in the works. I shall be sharing this with friends and family. Regards. Vance

 How I do wish there were more like you. Such a postive site, like fresh air in a hot room. In a day when students and the young are left, lost or limp, its great to read someone so young who is such a clear thinker, who knows her right from her left, can read all the signs and is straight up as well! Well done. Amber for President!

Subject:Good luck with your hostility...
 I have never read such hostile, sexist, and essentialist arguments…I regret stumbling upon your “expertise.” I can’t help but feel sorry for you; what feminist/liberal hurt you? As for your writing, I urge you to stop the fallacious arguments and taking feminist writing out of context to suite your point; it would make you more credible. And good luck with your andocentric and misogynistic views, however, just remember that it was your feminist foremothers that paved the way for your right to vote, your right to an education, to play sports in school, to not be considered your husband’s property, to marry for love and not economic necessity, the right to not be harassed, abused or raped, the right own property, the right to earn a living for yourself and your family outside the home, or even the right to choose the life of a homemaker…HOW DARE THOSE FEMINISTS!!! wwjd?
